    Hi Trish
I found your article very moving and also very inspiring. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could end war today?
Perhaps the fact that the depletion of resources in our world cannot support war may help humanity and governments think twice. We can but trust and hope and those able to do so speak up to prevent war.

I lost my Uncle in Burma in WW11 and he is remembered at the Yokohama Cremation Memorial. To this day his immediate family will not talk about it.

You are a brave woman Trish, thank you for what you do with Art to help those who have suffered in war and for sharing your thoughts and story in this article.
    Hilary
