A Roundtable is an intentional and recurring gathering where participants engage as equals, ensuring diverse perspectives are heard, valued, and synthesized into actionable outcomes. Unlike hierarchical meetings, roundtables foster collaboration, build trust, and allow for multiple objectives to be advanced simultaneously.

Roundtables function as civic and interfaith laboratories for cultivating consensus, refining themes, and deepening engagement. A Roundtable methodology assists those assembled now, and in the future, to address key needs and opportunities in a strategic manner amid rising local to international concerns.
